2. Products and Availability

SHEOM™ offers scented candles, home-fragrance products, incense products, and related products. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, change product specifications, update pricing, or limit quantities available for purchase at any time, subject to applicable law.

Product availability displayed on the website may occasionally differ from actual inventory due to technical issues, simultaneous purchases, or other circumstances.

3. Product Appearance and Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, packaging, and other details accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Due to the nature of handcrafted fragrance products, minor variations in wax appearance, colour, finish, fragrance perception, decorative elements, or packaging may occur between batches. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the SHEOM™ website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed before completion of your purchase.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through the SHEOM™ website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, and acceptance by House of Sheom.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment failure, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, delivery restrictions, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Payment

All orders placed through the SHEOM™ website are currently prepaid only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. House of Sheom does not directly store complete credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking credentials.

Payment transactions may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, conditions, privacy practices, and security policies.

An order will not be processed unless the required payment has been successfully completed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped through third-party logistics and courier partners.

Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, government restrictions, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, applicable free-shipping thresholds, estimated delivery timelines, order tracking, and other shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and may also be displayed at checkout.

House of Sheom will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related issues but cannot guarantee delivery within an estimated timeframe where delays arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable Refund & Replacement Policy displayed on our website.

Customers are encouraged to review that policy before placing an order.

Nothing in our Refund & Replacement Policy or these Terms is intended to limit any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

9. Product Usage and Safety

SHEOM™ candles, incense, and other fragrance products must be used responsibly and strictly in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied with the product.

Never leave a burning candle or incense product unattended. Keep burning products away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and heat-sensitive surfaces. Candles should be placed on stable, heat-resistant surfaces and candle wicks should be maintained according to the care instructions provided with the product.

Incense products should be burned only in a suitable holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface and in an appropriately ventilated area.

Customers should discontinue use where instructed by the product packaging or care information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, House of Sheom will not be responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, failure to follow product safety instructions, or use of a product for purposes for which it was not intended.

10. Intellectual Property

The SHEOM™ brand name, logos, branding, original photographs, graphics, packaging artwork, written content, website materials, and other intellectual property owned by or licensed to House of Sheom, as applicable, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without prior written authorization from House of Sheom, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use SHEOM™ intellectual property without authorization.

11. User Conduct
