1. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of used, opened, or delivered products. All sales are considered final unless the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or broken during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To request a replacement, please email us at: sheomofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the request being declined.

3. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Replacement Eligibility

Replacements will be approved only if:

  • Product was damaged during transit
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is defective upon arrival

Replacement requests may be rejected if:

  • The product has been used
  • The product was damaged after delivery
  • Insufficient evidence is provided
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

Eligible Cases

  • Product is unavailable after order placement
  • Order is cancelled by SHEOM™
  • Replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged or defective product

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Fragrance Preference Disclaimer

Fragrance perception is subjective and varies from person to person. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for reasons such as:

  • Personal dislike of a fragrance
  • Fragrance being stronger or lighter than expected
  • Change of mind after purchase

We encourage customers to carefully read fragrance descriptions before ordering.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at: sheomofficial@gmail.com

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where:

  • An incorrect product was shipped by SHEOM™
  • A verified damaged product replacement is approved

9. Limited Liability

SHEOM™ reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a replacement or refund. Our decision regarding eligibility for replacement or refund shall be final.
