Yes. Every SHEOM candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches to ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

We use a premium soy wax blend selected for its clean burn, excellent scent throw, and long-lasting performance.

Our 220g candles offer approximately 40–50 hours of burn time when used according to our candle care recommendations.

For the best performance: Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before every burn. Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges during the first burn. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials.

Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the lid on when not in use to preserve the fragrance.

Due to the nature of our products, all SHEOM candles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Eligible requests will be reviewed, and a replacement will be arranged where applicable.
